If you are looking for good cheese or charcuterie, Saint Octave is the place to find it. They offer artisanal cheeses and charcuterie and they want to highlight small farms that are committed to quality and tasty products. They choose their producers carefully and visit all of them to see how the products are made. It is important to them that the taste, the production and the finishing of the product comply to their own criteria.
Octave Laloux started this project with a small shop in the Marolles and has now 3 stores in Brussels with his partner Tom Flon. As the grandson of a butcher, he learned the trade at an early age.
You'll find a large choice of cheese, meat, wine and more. They are also famous for their raclette and fondue offer during the winter season. You can combine them with delicious charcuterie and wine to pair with. They also do special trays for events or others, just ask for their special offers.
