Stadio is an Italian restaurant and at the same time a sports bar (the sports bar is located in the atrium of the building where the restaurant is situated). The sports bar is actually in the internal courtyard of an office building, but it doesn't actually feel like that.
Stadio has a really nice and cool interior design. In the past few years a new design trend has been seen in the Bucharest bar scene, that is interior design inspired by crafts that are no longer that popular, or they're slowly disappearing, because of globalization. Stadio's interior design theme is sort of a restaurant kitchen: there's a pillar made out of tiles with a burger painted on it and there are cooker elements hanging on one of the walls.
The menu has fresh Italian recipes and not just that. They serve homemade pasta and pizzas and I am really glad that they serve pizza with rucola (arugula) on top, something that I absolutely love.
