If you want delicious thin Italian pizza, you shouldn't miss Totò e Peppino. The Neapolitan pizzeria makes you feel like you are back in Italy. Starting with the arranci and a "Vino della Casa" it's time to make some important decisions - the tough choice what kind of pizza you will order.
Next to all the classics like Margherita, Quattro Stagioni and Napoletana, you can have different types of "Pizza Bianca" here - pizza without tomato sauce. If you are a cheese lover like me, you should try the "Toto' e Peppino" which is a "white" pizza with cheesy crust, zucchini cream, pancetta and smoked provola cheese. Of course, it's not just normal gouda in the crust - it's buffalo ricotta! Definitely worth a try (and of course you can also order it vegetarian).
If this is still not enough variety of pizza for you, there is still one option left: Pizza Fritta. Fried pizza is the classic pizza from Naples, where it was easier to cook using oil rather than managing a wood oven. The texture is almost doughnut-like on the outside and creamy in the middle. Must try!
Tough decision, but happy me: I live around the corner :).
