This gorgeous little cafe at the end of the shops on Hyndland road is a wonderful little venue to sip at some coffee on a winter morning. The venue also has some tables outside where it's possible to watch cars and passers-by travel through Hyndland.
The interior is just as lovely, if not more, as the exterior. It is furnished with elegant wooden slabs carved elegantly into tables and chairs, reminiscent of repurposed driftwood. The walls are comprised of a reddish stone, reminiscent of cabins in the highlands (if you've been traveling there).
It's very easy to become captivated by the rustic beauty of this little cafe, although from the exterior it's possible to overlook it (as is often with lovely hidden gems)!
Their cappuccinos are lovely, and are not stingy with the froth. The venue also plays easy-listening, old school music ranging from rock to early pop, making it a nice little stop off for nostalgic music enthusiasts. Would definitely recommend for a morning coffee or snack. Furthermore, it's also a licensed bar, making it a nice little location to have a drink in the evening.
