Third wave shops have been popping up like mushrooms all over the city. I don’t tend to write about them all as a coffee freak; only about the worthy ones.
So: a new coffee maniac shop has opened up, located in the trendy Nişantaşı neighborhood. Borderline is known for their top-notch, single-origin roasts, which you will also find supplying coffee shops around town. I love the new beans they have introduced to the consumer, it's something outside the 'borderline'. I also love their order signboard where everything is made so simple and easily explained like from an infographic table. You can study it or just order a coffee according to your taste, or even just basically let the Borderliners sort it out for you.
The cosy atmosphere gives you a touch of a Bohemian, Parisian, modern look. At the long, soft bench, you get to stare at the counter and the lovely presentation of the Assembly and George Howell packages. It's a great choice for any day of the week, just a stroll away for a lovely variety of coffee. Stop by Borderline to try unique styles of roasted beans, enjoy the taste of the true flavour of the bean itself, and then hit the streets of Nişantaşı.
