The best cookies I've ever had
Vildan from Istanbul
The tempting scent of melted butter, giant chocolate chips and, delicious, crunchy nuts... all mushed together to make one yummy, chewy cookie! Jacqueline is by far my favorite cookie place. These are not the typical Turkish cookies though. They serve soft, chewy American-style cookies which are always baked on-demand and handed to you straight from the oven, warm and gooey. They are rich in ingredients, chewy and buttery, like the perfect cookie should be.
The best part is if you live or work nearby, you can place your order over the phone, or from YemekSepeti.com. Cookies start from 7 TL and they are absolutely worth it! Buy seven and get the eighth cookie for free.
Tarık, the owner of the shop has such a friendly attitude towards his customers. I admire his spirit and passion towards his work.
My favorite is the “Milk Chocolate & Pecan Nut” but you may try Jacqueline’s more unique formulas, like baklava.
