If you want to experience Istanbul like a local, take the ferry from Emirgan Pier to Kadilli, and enjoy the coziest environment on the Bosphorus.
Suna'nin Yeri Fish Restaurant is one of my treasures, nestled along the magnificent view, providing an unforgettable dining experience for over 35 years that captures the essence of Istanbul's maritime culture right next to the Kandilli Pier. Their iconic wooden tables & chairs lay over the pier with magical waterfront views. I feel like I’m on a boat while the quiet Istanbul district captures me with an old fountain and walnut trees.
Suna'nin Yeri's commitment to sourcing only the finest seafood is evident in every bite. Everything that is served here is fresh and sourced daily. The team starts working early in the morning, sorting the freshly arrived buckets of fish in front of the pier. You may even see fishers while you’re enjoying your food. Don't miss their fried calamari and lakerda.
Suna'nin Yeri's long-time staff is always smiling. Their passion for both the cuisine and the region shines through as they guide you through the menu, offering recommendations tailored to your preferences, and their warm service adds a personal touch to my every visit.
As the sun sets over the Bosphorus and the city's lights begin to twinkle, Suna'nin Yeri transforms into paradise where culinary artistry and natural beauty unite. If you're seeking a nice Bosphorus experience, Suna'nin Yeri Fish Restaurant stands as a testament to Istanbul's rich culture.
