Before visiting Klar, I thought the main reason for its popularity was Klar's being founded by a beloved Turkish celebrity couple but after the first visit, it makes you wanna come back for many reasons and I cannot decide which of them I should write first. Let me start with a big shout-out to the amazing choice of staff as they are knowledgeable, friendly, stylish and attentive even when the place is full.
Normally I am not a fan of cappuccino, but I am glad that I have tried cappuccino at Klar Coffee as it might be the first time I have truly enjoyed it. I am sure latte aficionados will love this place, too.
They do not have desserts on the menu, but it is worth paying a visit inside and checking what is on the display. You will have a hard time deciding for sure, but considering all of them are delicious, just go with your gut. You can try the banana bread if you are looking for a lightly sweet option. Strawberry tart was also really delicious with fresh ingredients and flavoursome pastry cream. The portions are big, enough for two if not hungry. The prices are fair considering the portion size and location. Klar has savory options, too. Even though they are delicious as well, I still opt for the sweet ones.
They also have branches in Kalamış and Fenerbahçe.
