Whenever I go to this small cute spot I feel like I’m in a spaceship capsule travelling to a coffee planet. The captain is Cem (a coffee nerd) who is always quiet and talks only when needed. He steers the spacecraft with the lovely beans. His touch on the coffee is as it should be, nothing more nothing less. It has the perfect touch and sustainable level of taste. There are no surprises and there is creativity all around. I would especially suggest the soda based coffee. WOW!
The small and cosy spot, with a homey atmosphere, offers a very elaborate variety of coffee from flat white to filter. They use the best beans the city has to offer and serve the most tasty coffees. Creative flavors with a touch of charisma.
Norm also offers the best cakes and pastries in town, at least at my level of expectation. Gizem has a real talent as she creates lovely combinations. It’s a boutique with cakes with a personal touch which, most importantly, are delicious. This coming from a person who has no sweet tooth whatsoever.
Norm is one of my favorite spots in the city.
