There are some smells that pull you close and unwittingly make you follow them. I have visited a lot of cities in Europe, and it is tempting to see the coffee smell that surrounds the city early in the morning. Coffee lovers are very good at meeting at common points.
Pieton Coffee is situated in a small kiosk at Astoria Shopping Mall. They select the coffee beans and roast them at their own place in Istanbul. This makes them different from many 3rd wave coffee shops.
When you come to Pieton Coffee, you will meet the staff that's committed with passion to their work. If you are visiting for the first time, they ask you 'what kind of flavors do you like?' instead of 'what are you getting?'. You select your beans, then they grind it and brew them fresh for you. So they help you make the right choice. I think it's the key point to be a good coffee shop.
