Ziba is quite a good place to start a long night out. Located on the corner of the street, it's very close to the chaos of Istiklal Street but when you grab your beer on the outside table, it feels far from the maddening crowd. It is an unpretentious, quiet and simple pub where you feel very comfortable with the friendly staff. If you've been a frequenter of a bar at some point in your life, you know that people miss their bar wherever they go. After a while, you may be a frequenter of Ziba.
They offer good varieties of draught and bottled beers, signature cocktails and other beverages. Also, there are some burger and snack options available. Especially in summertime, there are a lot of street parties taking place. If you are lucky you may catch one of them.
Ziba is a female name in Persian; it was also the name of a street in Dolapdere in the 19th century, which is a neighborhood in the European side of the city.
