In the short time Bô Coffee has been open, it’s built a strong fan base of loyal customers who have all the fervour of converts. People actually get on the metro to drink a coffee here... I know! It’s close to Madrid’s most famous foodie Mecca, Calle Ponzano, so you can have your own gasto tour after a delicious snack at Bô. Don’t forget to pick up some bagels at Mazàl bagels and do some lifestyle shopping in the gorgeous SilverwoodBloom while you’re in the neighbourhood!
I enjoy the “healthy not healthy” twist the menu has. Açai bowls and avo toast with nutritional yeast contrast with incredibly decadent cookies and that unicorn of the pastry world, cruffins. It is veggie-friendly so there is something for everyone, and it’s all beautifully presented and delicious. You’ll find a nod to the owner’s birthplace Venezuela too, in dishes like “tres leches” French toast. The coffee is excellent, and they have some interesting variations on the theme too - matcha latte, for example. Friendly service will keep you coming back.
It’s a great brunch spot, and if that sounds like a weekend plan, I recommend booking as on the weekends Bô is very popular.
