Madrid is a great city if you are a food lover. You get to choose between many different flavors, and with great quality. If you love to eat exotic food, Madrid offers several options. One of my favourite is Thai food. There are many places in Madrid, but Thai Garden 2112 is one of the best for its food and decoration.
Before they use to be in luxurious street Jorge Juan and years ago they moved into this new location. I'm thankful for that, as Thai Garden 2112 has made a lot of effort to make this spot beautiful. Their decoration transports you to Thailand in a classy manner. Depending when you go throughout the year, you may have the possibility to eat on their outdoor space. A grassy garden with two swimming pools and some idyllic trees provide a backdrop similar to a movie set for a romantic scene.
Thai Garden 2112 is a high-level restaurant, so don't be surprised by their prices. Even so, in my opinion the price can be high but their food and service meet the level. If you have the means for it, I highly recommend it. Every time I've been there, all tables were occupied, so that should be a sign of success. Therefore, to avoid disappointment, I would reserve beforehand. Every part of the menu is delicious, but my favourite dish is Tom Kha Kai (Coconut soup with chicken). Sah wah dee!

The apartment block this cafe sits under is an ugly beauty and I love it, not least for the exuberant planters that are an integral part of the building.
