Every time I visit the place I try a new sauce, yet my favorite is still the green one. It’s hot enough and has a wonderful taste mixed with cream and cheese. It’s well known that chilaquiles are one of the best remedies for hangover. I don’t know if that’s actually true but I keep on trying. And at the end of the menu there’s a sweet surprise: chilaquiles with caramel and ice-cream. That’s weird and I don’t like it but maybe someone does.
