I'm not a fan of desserts but "dulce de leche", up in the picture, obliged me to make an exception when I had to choose what dish to show. I don't know if you are familiar with the Argentinian cuisine or if you particularly like it, but if you ever felt like you did, this would be the right place to go.
I consider El Porteño to be one of the best Argentinian restaurants in town, together with Mr. Angus, to mention another must for those who love Entraña, Picaña, Asado and much more. But unlike this last one, El Porteño is also really close to Colonne.
The ambiance is really cosy even though there's plenty of space. The service is flawless, as well as the tasty dishes, which are accompanied by carefully chosen wines, from Argentina, of course, but also Italian and from other countries. If you feel like skipping the vegetarian diet for once and having a memorable dinner this is the place to be.
"Scalo Farini" in Milan is a bar recommended to me by an Isola local as the best aperitivo in town. I can say that I haven't tried any better than this.
