As a real vintage passionate I can't help but write about Guendj, a small shop on Alzaia Naviglio grande. A narrow place that's often overcrowded, where goods are mixed together and the leather smell is intense.
One day I entered with the idea of buying a couple of shoes, made with soft, handmade leather at a good price of € 80. I immediately got involved in a pleasant conversation with the owner about the different working methods of leather and how to distinguish an original Louis Vuitton bag from a fake.
Lovers of leather jackets will find their paradise here, young ladies and girls can also find nice dresses at acceptable prices. If a piece is not vintage it's still handmade and made in Italy.
The only fault is that the goods, even if they are partially changed every week, are not so various; therefore you should go periodically to make sure to find your choice.
An acceptable sacrifice after all.
