The yellow flash facade does not suggest it's hiding a bakery. Oh yes, and not just any bakery! A sweet & salty treasure trove of which it is difficult to choose as we want to try everything.
The baker and the baker's wife are neo-artisans. They work according to traditional and handicraft methods while using the best ingredients that exist, i.e. free from irresponsible ecological footprints.
Their mojo: fellowship, expertise, tradition and transmission! And it's delicious! There's a startling variety such as figs and cheddar mini-baguettes, dark chocolate and hazelnut squares, sandwiches of all kinds and many various breads.
The place is cramped, there is only one small table inside, so we go to pick up treats and we most likely won't have time to come back home before all the delights have been swallowed!
Here again, I think the place is very nice. Metal shelves hold the breads, the brick wall brings a little warmth and the yellow inspires... and whets the appetite!
