Just the description of the spot should be enough for you to want to visit it. A giant orange on the side of the road, a parking place all around organised as an arch from the orange center. It's a former fast food chain and the last visual trace of it in Canada. There's the house juice only available here called “Orange Juice Julep”, with a recipe kept secret for years, and a choice between several hot-dogs and poutine, of course.
It’s not so easy to go on foot, but the subway station Namur isn’t too far. And remember, you are visiting an icon of some kind of local food culture. Plus, if you read about it, you will find that the businessman at its origin did plan to live in this same orange with his family!
Maybe the saddest thing is that there aren't any rollerskating waitresses anymore, but once there, you will be travelling back in time, especially the evenings when old car enthusiasts are gathering on the parking.
