My two latest jobs were situated near Myasnitskaya ulitsa, which is surrounded by many offices, and, as a result, many cafes offering business lunches for busy white-collar workers. So, if you are really hungry, it won't be hard to find a place to eat. But if food is not the only thing you need, I would advise you to visit Baravi-T.
It is called a French bakery. Actually, nothing here reminds me of France except their name, but it really doesn't matter. The bread here is tasty and has many forms, from pretzels to patties. Crème-soup is delicious and very appropriate especially in winter, when it is a little bit cold outside. In my opinion, soft drinks and juices are too expensive, so I prefer a cup of fruit tea. The atmosphere in Baravi-T is extremely relaxing. People are really calm (which is rare in Moscow). The music here is very slow pop, executed by a female voice. Sometimes I need it more than a solid burger or kebab, even during the working time.
