Although it is a hotel, it is a very nice place if you just want to have coffee or lunch. It is one of the landmarks of the city and it has been designed by one of our most famous architects, Svetlana Kana Radovic (you may notice that the bus station was also done in the same style). It's also on one of the prettiest spots, right on the shore of River Moraca.
The best thing about this place is its terrace. As you may guess, it will provide you with a sunny afternoon overlooking the bridges of Podgorica. Don't be intimidated by the fact it is a hotel, a large number of local people come here just to have a coffee or a drink on a sunny day. When you enter the hotel (through the first entrance, not the second) just go down the stairs and there you will find one of the prettiest terraces in town.
There is also a sad fact about this place: recently the local government allowed a huge 12-floor skyscraper to be built right next to it, despite the large number of citizens being against. It is a true example of building without a plan and without taking the general landscape into consideration.
