Even tough I've been living in Podgorica all my life, I only recently discovered this store in the very center of the city. It is much better known to the older citizens of the town. The other day I was walking down that street and I saw people queuing up in front. It was two days before "slava", a traditional holiday where each family has its own patron saint and thus their own "slava", so people were waiting to buy the homemade sheets of dried dough used traditionally for "baklava", a famous sweet treat in this part of Europe and in the East.
It is a nice, old-fashioned store where you can smell the flour and yeast. The atmosphere is like from some period that's long gone... Apart from the dough for pies you can even find ice cream cones and fresh pasta here. Even tough you are only visiting and do not really need to buy 40 ice-cream cones or dough to make a pie, it is a nice spot to take a sneak peak and feel some atmosphere of the past.
