Fancy Vietnamese food? Because I do, and when I found out that there is a new take on a vegan chain restaurant in one of the most hipster neighbourhoods (yes, Letná), now with a Vietnamese twist, I had to try it. Loving Bistro is something you just cannot pass by without looking through their big windows - clean, white and wooden design and a very, very interesting smell. So we've checked... and it really is so good. It is probably the best vegan a common meat-eating person can get.
If you like Vietnamese cuisine like I do, you will be really interested in their take on the traditional dishes we are so used to. So we went to check Loving Bistro in a group. There were five of us and we tasted a big chunk of their offer and... you know what? We loved it. Soy "meat" is just perfect, their rolls are heaven and their take on bun nem was somehow different, but perfect too.
Loving Bistro is the place we will definitely remember. And they have a few cute tables outside too, so this is definitely a place to stop by on warm days.
