Bassta is a small place I usually go to when I want something delightful but prepared quickly. At first they were conceptualized as a fast food place, you could buy pizza or these really tasty, homemade chicken sandwiches. Now they offer about 30 different chicken meals and also pasta and desserts.
The interior is regular fast food-ish but nevertheless Bassta is really my place of choice whenever I feel like eating a chicken sandwich, because they prepare their own bread right after you place an order. I could try to describe it to you and call it a scone, but it's not quite like that, and it's better to just go and try it yourself, you won't regret it. Because of its location, it's often really crowded but the food you get is worth waiting a bit for, and soon you'll know why their slogan says that you'll talk about Bassta with your mouth full.
They do home deliveries but only if your order is over 10 BAM. Bad news is that they don't work all night, so after midnight you may want to visit Pirpa (check the Pirpa article).
The "Horse ride through Big Valley" outside Sarajevo. What I like the most about it is the horses themselves. They're my alter-ego...
