It's not just a patriotic thing, but I was really proud of this monument when it was made in 2011.
It represents the coat of arms of Bosnia and Herzegovina and, considering the fact that Sarajevo is its capital, a monument like this fits like a glove :-).
This monument is huge, it is made of stone and it is located out of the city centre on the crossroads to Dobrinja, a Sarajevo suburb.
There is a trolleybus stop just next to this spot so it is easy to get to and easy to notice.
I often go for a bike ride and usually make a break here, taking photos or climbing on the top. Yes, you can do that if you're crazy like me :- )
The area surrounding the monument played a great role in the '92-'95 war that happened here in my city, so there is an additional value of it standing there.
If passing by, have a look at this, I dare say, significant piece of art, and enjoy its greatness.
