Did you know that Bosnia had its own kingdom in the 15th century? With the arrival of the Ottomans, Bosnia ceases to be a kingdom. However, they now got their own clothing line 600 years later, and it is sold in Bosnian Kingdom Clothing store in Sarajevo.
I was always fascinated by Bosnian Kingdom. I read about it all the time. Bosnia was at the height of its power back then. We had our king Stjepan Tomasevic and queen Katarina Kosaca, and our own church, just prior to Ottoman arrival. We also had our own alphabet which was called „bosancica“ and it is similar to today's Cyrillic alphabet.
Bosnian Kingdom Clothing honors our small kingdom by displaying our kingdom's coat of arms, bosancica, lilies and other motifs that represent the Bosnian Kingdom on their apparel. They sell T-shirts, caps, hoodies...They also take online orders, so you can order even if you are outside of Bosnia.
It is definitely worth checking out, because it is quite original and not something you see every day. You can find Bosnian Kingdom Clothing store in the heart of Sarajevo, right behind the Sacred Heart Cathedral.
