If you're in Skopje for a while and you need a place to stretch, work out and have really, really cool fun, you should try Pole People. It's never too late to actually come to terms with the fact that your moves can be music video-like, and the instructors there are so fun and friendly, you'll end up feeling invigorated, self-confident and wanting to come back for more.
When IÂ went to the first class and the instructor showed me a few moves, it was absolutely inconceivable to me that I would ever be able to do them, but here I am, some time later, capable of a 'cross-knee release' :D.
They are located in several parts of the city, but you can go to the listed address, and see which one works best for you. Check out their Facebook page to get a glimpse of their classes, to ask for more information, or watch some great videos. Both men and women can attend, they also have Acrobalance classes and all in all, you're in for a treat, fun-wise, health-wise and Skopje-wise ;).
