On the highest point of Tbilisi there is a huge amusement park full of fresh air and awesome panoramas over the whole city. It is located on Mount Mtatsminda and is a fantastic place to spend some free time, have fun, relax, have some nice food and enjoy life.
Because of its multifunctionality, the park has a lot of guests and actually nobody gets bored there. There are a lot of attractions, restaurants, bars, shops, entertainment zones, places for birthday or wedding parties, a club, a lounge bar and one of the best restaurants of Tbilisi.
The park is divided into different sections. The first one is for children and families. The other one is for extreme people. I’m not an extreme person when it comes to the attractions like roller coasters or rafting, but if you love being crazy and having fun with attractions, Mtatsminda Park is a must for you. For the non-extreme people like me, there is a big Ferris Wheel. Sitting in its gondolas, going up and down and enjoying the view of Tbilisi is something special and wonderful.
The park is always full of life. Very often it hosts several events, like exhibitions, festivals, concerts, performances etc.
As for transportation to the park, there are several solutions, like taking a car or bus No. 128 from Freedom Square. But I would support the idea of taking the funicular tram. It is the funnest and most enjoyable one.
