Then the Cityart Cafe at Mustafa Matohiti Street (known as Sala's Street (Rruga e Sales in Albanian), check the article) is the perfect place to go. I would definitely go there in the morning to enjoy my coffee in the unique style of the Cityart Cafe. You can also find food at the Cityart Cafe. It is even lovelier in the afternoon or in the evening to have your favourite cocktail or beer.
The Cityart Cafe is very carefully decorated in an old and very unique style. It is amazing to see that in the details. I was impressed from the first time I went there. I could not stop looking at all the details. The bathroom will also impress you with the old taps in the improvised sink.
Furthermore, Cityart Cafe is not located in a main street, thus you will not be disturbed by cars passing by. However, the street where the Cityart Cafe is located is very famous and easily accessible.
