Rubi Cakes & Specialty Coffee Tirana
A true hidden gem

Rubi started in 2021 as a cake shop and now has opened their first coffee shop in a cozy location near Komuna e Parisit. Not exactly located in a touristy area, but the trip to this new bar will be well worth it because the cakes are so unique and the drinks are top-notch.
The cakes, cheesecakes, and cupcakes (named Kupka in an-all Abanian pun) are all made with hand-picked ingredients from all over the world, and they have some interesting flavor combinations. They import their own Bean to Bar Chocolate from Vietnam, and the cake made with that chocolate, L'Origine, is probably the best decadent chocolate cake you may ever try. They also import their own high-grade matcha from Uji, Kyoto, Japan, so all the matcha drinks are highly recommended.
Last but not least, they also import their specialty coffee from two famous roasters in Italy and Denmark, and you can find all specialty drinks made with extreme care.
