The Blanq Carmen Hotel rooftop is located on the 5th floor of this small and cosy hotel in the Carmen neighbourhood. Why choose this terrace and not another? Mainly for its fantastic wide views over the Jardín del Turia (an old riverbed converted into an authentic green lung of the city) and the emblematic Torres de Serranos (one of the two entrances that remain from the old medieval defensive wall of Valencia) but above all because it is an oasis of tranquillity and relaxation for anyone who wants to enjoy, during the spring-summer season, a unique moment having a snack or tapa accompanied by a drink among its wide variety of drinks and cocktails.
The L-shaped terrace is beautifully decorated with natural elements: wooden tables, comfortable rattan garden chairs with pretty cushions, as well as decorative plants. Entering on the left, you can find the bar and, in a corner, a small private pool for hotel guests that will delight visitors during hot summer days. Very important: admission is free.
The menu will not disappoint: makis, sashimi, nigiris, tatakis, salads, rice appetizers, chicken teriyaki and every sushi roll you can think of.
