If you are looking for the traditional Turkish menu, look no more. But besides the food, the reason I love it so much is that it is the best “terraza” in the Russafa district. There are two big trees protecting you from the summer heat along with the parasols covering the tables, they both work their magic to cool you off.
And then there is the food: doner kebaps, borek, dolma or lahmacun (Turkish pizza). In addition, they serve salads, hummus and offer Turkish tea with different kinds of desserts. Dede is also the best bar for drinks, especially during those hot summer days when you think there is no place to hide. People-watching while having a drink is a powerful reason to come and visit.
Dede's kitchen is open all day, which is also a plus. From 12h to midnight every day, you can come and enjoy the food, the drinks, and the ambience. All year long, this is the place to have yummy food at affordable prices in the coolest corner.
