Being at Taberna El Albero is like travelling to Andalusia in the middle of the April Fair in Seville. The decoration, the atmosphere and especially its tapas and portions are reminiscent of that typical Andalusian flavour. This establishment is a classic in Valencia, located in the heart of the city, in the Ensanche area.
It stands out for its typical decoration from Southern Spain: white and red lanterns on the ceiling, posters of bullfights, photos of bullfighters, Iberian ham legs or wooden tables and chairs painted in red make this place so special. A cosy and familiar atmosphere that will make you feel a unique and different experience.
I invite you to try their Iberian ham, fried anchovies, shrimp pancakes or patatas aliñás accompanied by a vermouth, a good wine or a manzanilla. But this tavern also keeps a secret if you stay until 11 pm on Thursdays, Fridays or Saturdays. I can't tell you what it is, but it will completely surprise you!! I recommend booking in advance, especially on the weekend, as it is always full both inside and on the outside terrace.
