My favourite cheesecake
Spain is famous for its cheesecakes or Tarta de queso. I thought it was a very classical dessert and did not expect much, but I was wrong. Spanish cheesecakes are of a special texture - very creamy, fresh and tender. Surely, if you try them in the right place.
My number one is La Real Artesana shop in Camponar. They have over 10 different tastes there - cheese, oreo, lemon, pistachios, chocolate, banoffe and even... Rose Pantera. You can buy the whole cake, but I would recommend asking for a piece of each because it is really a gourmet journey to go with your family or friends. The good thing is that you can order a delivery 24h in advance.
