This playground is located in the Turia Garden, the old riverbed, between the Ángel Custodio and Reino de Valencia bridges. Inside there is a 70-meter-long sculpture that represents Gulliver, the protagonist of the book Gulliver's Travels, lying on the ground, recreating the moment when the inhabitants of the country of Lilliput tie him up so that he does not escape. From Gulliver's body come slides, ramps, and stairs that delight the little ones (and not-so-little ones) who run around and play everywhere. The figure is designed so that park visitors can represent the Lilliputians walking around the character's body.
This place is ideal for children to enjoy freely while adults can wait outside since it is in a closed area. Around it, there are more play areas, minigolf, skating ramps, a bar and two giant chess boards. This is a great tourist attraction to enjoy with the family. Fun is guaranteed for everyone!
One of my fondest memories of the city during summer is sitting by their giant-red-plastic cone and cooling down while having a delicious treat.

Like Tanamadana, I don’t think you need to offer sophisticated or too elaborate dishes; instead, have good quality products and let them be the most important part.

Have a slice or a big pizza, as there are many options to choose from at Pizza Al Trancio, including my favorite: margarita with jam and mushrooms.

Always make room for dessert and always choose pistacho nests. OK, not really. You can try baklava with pistachios, too.

Better than any other urban beach – not that crowded, even in high season.

I love Valencia's Mercado de Colon! Smaller and less touristy than Mercado Central, it's perfect for relaxing. Enjoy gourmet products, bars, and horchata.

It's the type of bar I always imagined frequenting in my twenties: homely, cool without being pretentious, and the default spot for Friday night drinks with friends.
