As you can probably guess, Vermuteria L'Aperitiu is known for its vermouths. You can order from a range of red and white vermouths originating from different parts of Spain and Italy, as well as vermouth cocktails such as a dry martini (very hard to find in Spain!), a Manhattan, or a Negroni. I love their Moreneta, a mix of vermouth and beer—I know it sounds odd, but trust me, it's so good! If you're not into vermouth, the bar also serves wine, beer, and other types of cocktails. When I'm not ordering a vermouth, I almost always get a bloody mary.
If you're hungry or just feeling a bit peckish, the bar has a plethora of tapas for you to enjoy with your drink like patatas bravas, Russian salad, olives and anchovies, and more. If it's not too hot out, enjoy your vermouth on the terrace and take in the sights and sounds of Russaf
