Did you know that Valencia has been designated the European Green Capital of 2024? Now you do! Viveros Park is an expression of this. There are many entrances, and through all of them, the palm trees welcome you to this oasis in the middle of the city.
It is a beautiful space filled with sculptures, flower gardens, parks for children and some cafeterias. It's the perfect place for exercise, contemplation, and walks. There is also a lake with many ducks and frogs and a mini museum of natural science that the animal lover in your life will enjoy.
Viveros is located right next to the Fine Arts Museum, which also adds to its cultural flare. This park is also home to music concerts and different cultural events, especially during summertime. Just recently, they celebrated one important book event: the Valencia Book Fair.
Take your dog and your favorite snack for a joyful picnic at the park, you will have a memorable day for sure.
