Welcome to doughnut heaven!
Cartems doughnuts was literally born of a dream - the owner went to sleep one night, dreamed of owning a doughnut shop and Cartems was born. Cartems donuterie is by far has the best doughnuts I have ever had. This is an exceptional statement because I consider myself somewhat of a doughnut connoisseur. In each city I travel to I ensure that I indulge in the local baked goods but no matter where I go the best doughnuts are still right here in Vancouver.
Everything at Cartems is made fresh daily in house! This includes the house smoked walnuts, the toffee, caramel, the list goes on. The treats at Cartems are also offered as Gluten Free and Vegan, even if you do not have any dietary restrictions I would still recommend trying some of the Gluten-Free doughnuts because they are absolutely fantastic. My favorite doughnut is the Earl Grey doughnut (pictured above) So, if you are looking for a circular doughy bit of heaven you need to come down to Cartems.Â
Cartem's has now opened a second location at 2190 Main St right next door to Brassneck brewing.
