This is the best venue to see live music in Vancouver! All the concerts I have been to in Commodore Ballroom have always been intimate, fun and of course legen-- wait for it...
I don't like going to big concerts, they are expensive and you can barely see the performers, even though some of them are really good. Therefore, I prefer going to medium sized venues and Commodore Ballroom is the unquestionably the best of all the medium-sized venues in town!
There are many seats around if you like sitting or if you just want to hit the dance floor listening to your favourite band, then it is all there for you.Â
The sound system is what makes this venue stand out. The sound system is perfect. They have reasonably priced drinks to get you into dancing mode, but nothing on tap, I don't know why.
This has been a venue for a lot of my favourite bands. It's always a fun and intimate experience at Commodore!Â
