Seasons in the Park is one of my favorite places to go to just for a drink or any meal you care to. It's really all about the excellent food, great service and the View. Yes, with a capital V. The restaurant has an unobstructed view of the downtown, the North Shore mountains and the rest of the lower mainland.
Located in the beautiful Queen Elizabeth Park, take a stroll through the Rose Gardens or the Bloedel Conservatory and then stop by Seasons. The restaurant is located on one of the highest areas of the west side and it's perched on the top overlooking everything. It's especially fabulous to get there just as the sun is setting, and watch the city transform at your feet while you dine.
The food is equally as good as the view, with a top notch chef and fabulous service. This is a really great "date night" or special occasion restaurant and with the winter coming in fast and furious the fireplace is lit now!
The "Fraser River Trail" in Vancouver is a super relaxing walk with a view of boats in the distance and some planes flying in and out of YVR Airport.
