During weekends there is live music and the ambience is quiet loud, so it's not a good place to have a conversation. The food here on the other hand is very good; I like the pizzas and the best yam fries around!
This place is located in 'The Drive' of Vancouver (check out my article!), an area popular with lots of local artists, makes the scene more lively. If you plan to visit here, just walk around the neighbourhood -- it is full of pubs and cafes.
This place is like a 20-minute sky train ride from downtown and is located just next to the sky train stop, so it's very easy to reach.
If you want to try the best of local beers in Vancouver then this is your place.
