Gifts and Things is a fun gift shop located in downtown Vancouver. It has a wide range of souvenirs and gifts, such as puzzles, bags, stickers, and stuffed animals. It is nicely organized into themed sections making it easy to find what you are looking for. Their four main themes are cats, dogs, tote bags, and socks. Tote bags and socks each have their own wall section, making it easy to view the overwhelming options all at once.
General Canadian-themed gifts and merchandise can be found at the back of the store. There are Vancouver themed items such as stylish stickers and a variety of postcards if you want something easy to take home or to send something to friends.
My personal favourite parts of this shop are their tote bag wall and their section of mushroom-themed merchandise. The tote bag wall has bags with many themes, such as dogs, cats, gardening, and local cafes. Their little mushroom section has stationary, kitchenware and decorations. My new favourite section is their puzzle shelf, tucked away in a corner beside the entrance.
They currently have a selection of Christmas-themed items, as well as their usual rotations of more summer-inspired items, such as lemon and strawberry-themed cookware and accessories. They have a large array of Jellycat stuffed animals too.
Just be warned, though, that you might walk out with more items than you planned on!
