The first time I went to The Arbor restaurant, I tried the "broccoli popcorn" and the "Southern Fried Artichoke Sandwich" and loved all of it.
It is a vegetarian dine-in and take-out restaurant in the 'comfort food' trend with gluten-free and vegan options. Delicious ones! The dim lighting completes the overall relaxed and easy-going environment of the place. I loved the fact that it isn't too big of a place and the front "window" is a garage door that opens during the summer to link the inside with the 4 or 5 seats on the tiny "patio" outside.
Since my first visit, I've been craving that amazing artichoke sandwich, and I keep coming back for it. Forget about fried chicken and bacon sandwich and try this fried artichoke and eggplant "bacon" with some jalapeno pepper on a soft bun. I usually stop by to pick one up and take a stroll to Queen Elizabeth park to enjoy it.
I brought non-vegetarian friends too and we all enjoyed the experience, even with a limited menu. It has only been great experiences so far!
