A dining gem hides on Granville Street. They create a brunch that leaves me saying wow every time I indulge and an atmosphere both cozy and sexy. The Twisted Fork's dynamic menu constantly delivers some new perfection. They have a series of standards that you must try like the asiago scones... my goodness, I could eat plates and plates of these warm and delicious morsels all day.
In recent history this restaurant has evolved from a dinner spot to the best brunch in town. They serve brunch and only brunch every day of the week and it is worth dropping in on this spot to try their brunch and have a caesar - if you have not had a caesar before it is very much a Canadian idea and often drank in the morning after a long night of drinking and dancing, it also is served ideally with brunch.
Fair warning there is usually a line-up but food this good is worth the wait.
