Perhaps some of you have heard Vij's because of its famous owner and chef. But in this case, he deserves all the credit he can get. Not only is Vij's Restaurant simply fantastic, but Vikram is also super active in his community, and runs all 4 of his restaurants with the exact same passion. He's always at one of his locations, making sure his guests (a.k.a all of us) are satisfied.
With a modern Indian decor, Vij's has an ample bar at the entrance, a low-lit dining room a few steps above, and a surprising rooftop patio that is just gorgeous. The servers are so well trained and attentive, you leave feeling like you've made new friends. And the dishes will take you on a delightful gastronomic journey filled with flavours. You can choose anything from their menu, but you'd be committing a sin if you don't have the lamb popsicles. I'll make an exception for the vegetarians out there, but everyone else has no excuse. You'll be thanking me later!
Vij's doesn't take reservations, but the bar area has plenty of seating available. So relax, order yourself a nice cocktail (they have amazing cocktails), and get ready for an experience like no other.
