Follow the combo of specialty coffee, natural wine and craft beer and you won't regret it. When these are properly taken care of, the food probably is too.
Following the recommendations of a friend, we visited La Brillantina, owned by a nice Colombian (Santiago) and Argentinian (Vanessa) couple with a lot of experience in the gastronomy sector. The colorful outside walls give you a hint of the fresh and happy South American cuisine that has so many things that remind me of Brazilian food.
To start, a great natural red wine and a Negroni infused with specialty coffee in it - beautiful and delicious. For food, we tried almost everything (which I love when dishes are small), from chicken chipatacos to the great encocado del Pacífico (a fish and shrimp stew with lots of flavor) and couldn't miss their CEVICHE obviously. To end the savory part: sanguchito, a very popular sandwich in Argentina. All extremely amazing, without exception.
For dessert: an avocado with aguardiente ice cream, very interesting, and we were also given a coconut cake that reminded us so much of our childhood in Brasil, so tasty (thanks so much amazing couple).
This will be a regular place for me, definitely, and I cannot wait to go back!
