Open since 2021 and located right opposite the Cirque Royal, l’Apéroterie is your ‘apéro’ specialist! You can enjoy their products on the spot or help yourself from the small but well-stocked grocery store and take it home. The cosy bar serves carefully selected wines, and specialty cocktails made with a local Belgian liqueur (Eau de Villée), as well as beers and other common drinks. If you feel like settling down for the evening, they offer a host of savory bites to pair with your drinks: quality ham and cheese plates, luxury crisps with original flavors (wasabi…), specialty bread, etc.
It is the perfect spot to debrief after the show if you’re coming out from the theatre and a great place to enjoy a small concert by local bands, which perform there twice a month. If you speak French, do ask the owner about his products - he is passionate about fine food and loves telling the stories behind each and every one.
