The Ghent red light district is changing rapidly. 10 years ago it was still an unpleasant neighbourhood, today a lot of posh shops keep popping up. And of course people get hungry after all the shopping, so more restaurants are also opening a venue in this area.
A noodle bar is the perfect place for a quick and healthy lunch or dinner. We're not spoiled with a huge variety of noodle bars in Ghent. There is Eetramen, but they are mainly open for lunch only. So I was happy to find out that a new noodle bar opened in town.
Yaki Noodle Bar serves all kinds of noodle soups and fried noodles. The food is fresh, tasty and is served quite fast. Portions are quite large. Let's hope more small Asian restaurants start a business in Ghent.
