I have seen this Kebab Restaurant on a food critic show on TV. It said that they have the best "Urfa" kebab in Istanbul and one of the best Lahmacun (Turkish minced meat pizza).
We went there the next day. Even though the restaurant has a seating capacity of more than 250 people, we waited very long to sit. And it was not a good experience because the place was trying to serve more people than they were capable of.
We gave it another chance and this experience was out of this world.
First of all, if you are flying from Sabiha Gökçen Airport, I definitely urge you to visit this place before your flight.
My suggestions are to start with a Lahmacun and ask to have grilled eggplant put in it. It is too big for one person, so you need to share. Main course specialty is their kebab. Kebap with pistachio should be tested.
And they save the best for last. Dessert called katmer. It is my favorite dessert of all time and they make the best in Istanbul (at least I think so). It is like baklava but only a single very very thin sheet of dough filled with pistachio and milk butter (cream).
It cannot get any better than this.
