Vertical is a food hall that boasts an eclectic array of diverse cuisines, from tantalizing street food to gourmet delights. But what truly sets this place apart is its unwavering commitment to sustainability. Even the brand's name derives from the vertical farming area located inside, where they grow plants with the minimum use of water and pesticides in a minimum space and deliver them from the field to our plates. It's a conscious choice that echoes throughout the establishment, every aspect here from the napkins to the soap is crafted from repurposed materials.
Amidst the communal seating area, a bar stands where the mixologists prepare both the classic and delicious signature cocktails. My favorite is one of their signature cocktails with the sour taste: Sorrel. Adding to the allure of this space are the dynamic DJ performances held mostly on the weekends. But I should warn you that music is a bit loud for the important conversations.
But it doesn't end with the culinary journey. The establishment offers ateliers where you can immerse yourself in various experiences—a cocktail atelier, an aromatherapy atelier, or a clay earring workshop. You can find the workshop program on their Instagram page.
The presence of verdant green plants in the interior design breathes life into the space. This infusion of nature further accentuates the commitment to sustainability and creates an atmosphere that feels fresh and inviting.
