I have to say, Yufka ('roll' in English) is definitely one my best and favorite places in town. It is located in Nisantasi neighbourhood, which is the area where all the fancy shops are around. Nevertheless, Yufka is not one of those expensive places in Nisantasi.
They basically serve rolls and you can choose whatever you want to be filled inside. My favorite is definitely mushrooms with meat but what makes it so delicious is the sauce they use. I asked many times for the recipe of the sauce but they won't tell! :) The roll is very thin and you can hardly hold it in hand, but thats the fun of eating this kind of food. The sad part is you can never get enough with one roll.
The place is very small and has only a few tables inside. Even though you can't smell anything from the kitchen, I truly trust their consideration of food safety. It's known by locals for many years.
The service is so quick and the waitresses are just so friendly and kind.
I brought my many friends to this place and I have never disappointed.
